For an entrée, choose between three traditional favorites: Carnitas a la Michoacan, traditional Mexican pork served with hot tortillas, guacamole, salsa quemada and beans; Beef, Chicken or Combo Fajitas, with sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms and onions on a sizzling skillet with a side of frijoles de la olla, rice and handmade tortillas; or Tequila Lime Shrimp, shrimp sautéed in tequila-lime butter, seasoned with garlic and cilantro over rice, served with black beans. For dessert, choose one of the following: a Chocolate Sweetheart Cake with raspberry sauce, churros and ice cream or traditional Caramel Flan.
