Día de Los Muertos Guided Altar Tours

Join us from Friday, October 5th through November 3rd, 2024, to honor the lives and legacies of Old Town’s historic families. Take a 45-minute guided tour through the park featuring beautifully crafted altares de muertos (altars of the dead), each dedicated to significant citizens of Old Town San Diego. Along the way, you’ll also hear about the park’s rich history.
🗓️ Altar Tour Schedule:
⏰ 11 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday in October
🚶♂️ Sign-ups are in person, the day-of (limited to 18 people)
🐾 Service animals welcome, but no pets inside museums
📍 Tours start at the Robinson Rose Visitor Center
✨ Altar tours are FREE and offered by California State Parks.
