The Old Town San Diego Chamber of Commerce is delighted to welcome James Decker as the new General Manager for Historic Tours of America’s San Diego operations. His responsibilities encompass a variety of beloved attractions including Old Town Trolley Tours®, Ghosts & Gravestones®, San Diego SEAL Tours, San Diego City Lights Tours, The Whaley House Museum, and Old Town Market.
James Decker brings a wealth of experience in hospitality, having worked with iconic brands such as Hersheypark, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and major hotels like Hyatt and Hilton. He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Penn State University and an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Since 2012, James has called America’s Finest City home, contributing his expertise to San Diego hotspots like Sycuan Casino & Resort’s lavish new hotel.
